Cooking procedure
1. Wash
the outside and inside of the whole chicken.
2. Put whole chicken into a pot with cold water. add a little yellow
wine and boil . Precook for few minutes . when
the water is boiling, take out whole chicken, washing outside and inside again
by warm water.
3. Put precook chicken, ginger and yellow wine into the marmite in turn. Then pour massive water into the marmite.(the water should be enough to cover whole chicken)
4. To boil the water in high fire at first, then turn the heat down when the water is boiling. Cook for over 2 hours.
5. Add peeled asparagus which is washed clean, add a pinch of salt ,and cover for ten minutes then turn off the fire. The chicken asparagus soup is completed.
