GENERAL INFORMATION
Canned apricot is on sale from May to July. The golden fruits are originated from china. The apricot is not only delicious but it is packed with many nutrients such as vitamin A, vitamin C, fiber and potassium. It has good effects on our eyes and heart. The apricots are in the size of walnut and with sweet, nutty flavor. Our apricot in syrup is excellent and wonderful to top ice cream, pork chops or duck breast.

MICROBIOLOGICAL TEST
The test should comply with commercial sterilization requirement of preserved food.
STABILITY/ INCUBATION TEST
Stability: Three samples must be analyzed:
Sample 1: 37℃for 10 days
Sample 2: 55℃for 7 days
Sample 3: control
The difference in PH is less than 0.3.
