The edamame is a wonderful source of protein and it has all the essential amino acids. Moreover, it is free of cholesterol or trans fat. The taste of the edamame is nutty and crunchy, which is popular nowadays. The edamame is great to be as a salad topper, snack, or just to be one of your trail mix.
